He went on to train at the Divers Institute of Technology, becoming a certified commercial diver. His diverse background includes work in shipyards, the North Slope, commercial fishing, vessels, and remote pipeline projects throughout Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
Since putting down roots in Seward in 2017, Gryphon and his wife Rosie have dedicated themselves to building a company grounded in integrity, respect, and genuine care—for both clients and employees. Together, they are proud to raise their two daughters in the community they serve.
